1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person is strictly permitted to hold only one PHStakes account. PHStakes uses multiple methods to detect duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP address monitoring, payment method cross-referencing, and identity document verification. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact PHStakes support immediately to have one of the accounts closed.

Accounts confirmed as duplicates will be subject to balance forfeiture and permanent closure. Any bonuses or winnings accrued on a duplicate account are void.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your PHStakes login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The minimum deposit amount on PHStakes is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless PHStakes communicates one to you specifically, though payment providers may impose their own limits.

• All funds deposited must come from payment methods that are registered in your own name. PHStakes does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are for the purpose of gaming on PHStakes only. Using the platform as a payment processing or money transfer service is strictly prohibited.
• PHStakes does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

In cases of fraud-related suspension, PHStakes may freeze and review all associated funds before any decision is made on their return. You have the right to appeal a suspension decision by contacting PHStakes support in writing within 30 days of the suspension notice.
